12 Sep Rick Jacko Selected as Employee of the Month for August 2022

Fleet Response is proud to announce Rick Jacko, Adjusters Supervisor, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August 2022. Prior to joining Fleet Response in 2017, Rick spent over 14 years working at Progressive Insurance. He has demonstrated his expertise and experience in the insurance industry by leading a team of highly trained adjusters.

Rick is an asset to both his department and the company. His leadership skills, and ability to put his team first are what makes his contributions stand out.

“He is an extremely hard worker and is always willing to help anyone at any time,” said a colleague. “He is a great support system and always goes above and beyond in his work and dedication to the team,” they went on to say.

Another team member said, “He is working very hard with us in the maintenance department to ensure that everything is going smoothly. He has a lot on his plate but that never shows with his willingness to help others.”

“Rick is understanding, and always looks out for the good of his team and the company. I would have retired if it wasn’t for him,” said another colleague.

Rick’s hard work and extensive industry knowledge are what makes him well-respected by his peers, and we are lucky to have him onboard.
