16 Jun Jason Pretnar Selected as Employee of the Month for May 2022

Fleet Response is proud to announce Jason Pretnar, Subrogation Specialist as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for May 2022.

Jason stands out in client handling and recovery in our subrogation department. He is a dedicated employee, thoroughly trains new team members and is always up for a challenge.

“He is patient, and always has answers,” said a team member. “He’s a wealth of subrogation information and deserves to be recognized for his high quality of work, along with his consistently high volume of collected claims, while always making himself available to assist teammates to make the entire department better.”

One nomination read, “Not only does Jason mentor multiple individuals, but he also works tirelessly on Arbitration, single-handedly trains Arbitration reps, works multiple special projects, and helps invite new employees to Fleet Response via their orientation meeting.”

Another team member said, “He is amazing at his job and is highly respected by his peers for his knowledge and hard work.  He is always willing to help others and answer the many questions he receives on a daily basis.”

Jason exemplifies what it means to be a team player. His hard work and willingness to assist his team does not go unrecognized by his colleagues.
