Accident Reporting and Vehicle Repair

Our Accident Management Program includes:

  • 24/7 accident reporting assistance via toll-free call, including towing and security services

  • Communication with the driver, witnesses, and/or third party as necessary

Property Damage and General Liability Claims

Fleet Response can provide the same level of customer service that our clients have come to know and trust – to other parties – just like we would your drivers.

Third Party Property Damage Claims

When a third party vehicle is damaged, Fleet Response will manage the third party repair and/or payment.

  • Claims Triage: Receives first notice of loss, track claim in system, and review by representative based on experience, exposure and license.
  • Investigating Coverage: Claim acknowledgment and responses will be sent to each client/customer throughout the process. All claims will be investigated fairly and communicated in accordance with local laws, regulations and fair claims acts.
  • Liability Handling: All claims will have a liability investigation which will be unbiased and focused on all relevant facts and details related to the claims at hand.
  • Repair Management (including Rental): For repairable vehicles, vehicle owners will ultimately decide where to repairs their vehicle, but Fleet Response will worth with the owner’s selected body shop of choice for any repair that takes place.

General Liability Claims

When there is injury due to a motor vehicle accident, Fleet Response will manage the third party injury with exceptional customer service for a sensitive situation.

  • Claims Triage: Receives first notice of loss, track claim in system, and review by representative based on experience, exposure and license. Fleet Response is prepared to handle all types of injury claims.
  • Investigating Coverage: Claim acknowledgment and responses will be sent to each client/customer throughout the process. All claims will be investigated fairly and communicated in accordance with local laws, regulations and fair claims acts.
  • Reserve Practices: Data will be stored to capture the average cost to settle and updated as new information becomes available.
  • File Documentation/Record Retention: Fleet Response will save all claims related data and documentation pursuant to statute of limitations so that the information can be readily accessible and retrievable at any time.
