Network Repair Facilities

Increase revenue for your business by becoming eligible to work on the 500,000+ vehicles in our nationwide portfolio. Our networks are open to local, independent shops as well as national vendors. All vehicle types and weight classes are covered, so facilities with specialized capabilities are welcome. We also work with salvage buyers.

Fleet Response has over 5,000 network shops in the United States and over 350 network shops in Canada. Fleet Response works closely with our network shops to facilitate accurate cost information and fair, timely payment for your work.

The Fleet Response Network includes:

Network Auto Body Shops provide estimates and conduct authorized, warranted repairs to vehicles that have been involved in accidents.

Network Salvage Buyers may bid on all types of vehicles , including passenger vehicles, light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, and heavy equipment .

Network Maintenance Repair Shops provide standard, warranted maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, tire rotation/replacement, brake inspection/replacement, transmission and cooling system inspections/service, engine and transmission replacements, air-conditioning repairs, and steering and suspension repairs.

NETWORK AUTO BODY SHOPS

I am a body shop vendor interested in becoming a part of the Fleet Response network. What is the process to do this?

To apply to be a part of our network of body shops, please download and complete the Collision Repair Corporate Data Form along with the Process and Procedure form. Complete and email the forms, location photos and your shop’s Certificate of Active Insurance to Edwin Castro, Vendor Network Coordinator (ecastrosr@FleetResponse.com).

Once this information is received it will be reviewed through our qualification process. Upon approval, you will receive a Vendor Service Agreement from Fleet Response. Complete and return the Vendor Service Agreement (along with interior and exterior photos of the shop and a warranty statement) to complete our application process.

What are the requirements to become a vendor in your network?

• Fleet Response requires all network shops to carry The Garage Keepers Liability Insurance to cover theft, fire, and vandalism.
• Fleet Response requires all network shops to hold a one-million-dollar minimum policy limit.
• We prefer our network shops to be I-CAR trained and ASE certified.
• Offer competitive labor rates.

Where do I send our body shop’s certificate of liability insurance?

We are already a part of your network but are now operating under new management. How do we go about updating this information?

Contact Edwin Castro, Vendor Network Coordinator (ecastrosr@FleetResponse.com) anytime there are management changes within your body shop. A new service agreement will need to be completed for our program.

NETWORK SALVAGE BUYERS

I am interested in bidding on salvaged vehicles . What is the process for this?

Body shops and buyers interested in becoming a part of our Salvage Buyer Network are required to hold a current dealer license or salvage rebuilder’s license (in applicable states). Contact Valentina Hunter, Salvage Coordinator (vhunter@fleetresponse.com) for a Buyer Agreement and with any questions in regards to our online auction and salvage process.
