CEO, PRESIDENT
Allison joined Fleet Response in 1999 and serves as the CEO and President. She is responsible for the oversight, integration and enhanced communication across all departments, including Client Services, Business Development, and Information Technology. She has her Property and Casualty Insurance License, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, is a member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators, and has sat on the board for Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association.
CFO
Mark joined Fleet Response in 2004 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the accounting department, managing corporate financial strategies, and maintaining key corporate relationships with banking, insurance, and legal partners. Throughout his tenure at Fleet Response, Mark has held a variety of positions, including Sales Manager, Manager of Finance, and Director of Risk and Finance, consistently contributing to the company’s growth. He continues to strengthen and expand both new and existing client relationships, particularly in the New Jersey region. Before joining Fleet Response, Mark had over 17 years of experience in corporate banking.
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING
Jeff joined Fleet Response in 2003 and serves as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for overseeing the sales team as well as the marketing strategy and position of Fleet Response products and advertising. Throughout his tenure, Jeff has experienced success in a variety of roles, including National Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing. He has his Property and Casualty Insurance License and is an active member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators and Risk and Insurance Management Society.
VICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Michael joined Fleet Response in May of 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Information Technology. He is responsible for overseeing all of Information Technology, while helping to meet performance and technology goals of Fleet Response. Before joining Fleet Response, Mike has spent the better part of his career at Microsoft working in Computer Science. Mike has extensive experience and a proven track record of understanding critical business drivers and aligning IT initiatives to support overall business strategies.
VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT SERVICES
Roger joined Fleet Response in 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Client Services. His responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day operations and personnel of Fleet Response’s Client Services Departments, with a focus on increasing the effectiveness of standard and customized client specific operating procedures within the Call Center, Claims, Adjusters/Maintenance, Subrogation, and Salvage. Prior to joining Fleet Response, Roger spent 14 years with Progressive Insurance where he held numerous leadership roles within Subrogation, Salvage, and Field Claims.
VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
Kari joined Fleet Response in 2013 and has held several positions including Manager and Director of Business Development, prior to being promoted to Vice President of Client Development. She oversees our safety team and programs, business analyst team, and client and employee engagement teams. Kari is responsible for new client onboarding, special projects and custom client needs, and the strategy and buildout of Fleet Response tools and products including our online management tool, VISIBILITY.
The goals of the Fleet Response Advisory Board are to strengthen current relationships, receive input on continuous improvements within Fleet Response and the services provided, and facilitate round-table discussions with fleet/risk managers to discuss existing and potential services that will benefit our clients and to provide product education and promotion.
