25 Apr Ben Lasker Selected as Employee of the Month for March

Fleet Response is proud to announce Ben Lasker as the Employee of the Month for March 2023.

Ben has been with Fleet Response for over 15 years and is one of the longest tenured employees in the subrogation department. As a subrogation specialist, Ben identifies opportunities for loss recovery from at-fault parties.

Although this is the first-time receiving employee of the month recognition, Ben was named a 2021 Employee of the Year finalist for the subrogation department. Ben described this as his most memorable day at Fleet Response as he accepted the award via an online video call.

Aside from his daily responsibilities, Ben also assists in training new hires in the subrogation department. One colleague said, “Ben is always going the extra mile. He is always eager to help and give direction. Ben not only loves his job, but he takes such pride in his work from beginning to end. I am so grateful for all the helpful tools he has provided. I have the confidence to do my daily work because he has been such a great trainer and supporter.”

Prior to working at Fleet Response, Ben had no experience in the subrogation / claims industry. Ben says he attributes everything that he has learned about the industry to Fleet Response.

It is clear that Ben is a dependable, loyal employee and a valuable asset to the subrogation team.
