Fleet Response is proud to be named a 2023 Smart Culture Award Honoree by Ohio Business Magazine.
The Smart Culture Award explores how culture can become an asset to drive performance, transform your organization into an employer-of-choice and ultimately impact the bottom line. The 2023 Smart Culture Conference was held on April 13th in downtown Cleveland to honor local organizations who have demonstrated cutting-edge practices in sustaining a Smart Culture.
This is the first time Fleet Response has been recognized as a Smart Culture Award Honoree, demonstrating our commitment to building a strong workplace culture. As a company, our focus is to empower our employees to make decisions in the best interest of our clients and become an extension of their team. Fleet Response and the leadership team will continue to do what it takes to keep the strong culture within the organization.
At Fleet Response, we demonstrate our commitment to culture through diversity and inclusion initiatives, philanthropy efforts, community involvement, personal and professional development, and health and wellness programs.
Although this is the first time being named a Smart Culture Honoree, Fleet Response has received several Smart Business Awards in the past, including being named a Family Business Achievement Award Honoree for the past three years. Additionally, CEO, Scott Mawaka and President, Allison Lanzilotta have been named Smart 50 Honorees, and Ohio 500 Honorees in 2022.
