27 Dec Davena Woodson Selected as Employee of the Month for November 2022
Fleet Response is proud to announce Davena Woodson, Senior Call Center Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November 2022.
In Davena’s three years at Fleet Response, she has grown into a vital asset of the call center department by taking on a variety of new roles and responsibilities.
“Davena has worked alongside me to help manage our evenings and new hires. We have roughly 15 new hires, mostly in our evenings and have had to work training sessions in between our daily and nightly tasks,” said one colleague. They went on to say, “She is kind, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure you not only know the right answer but understand why it is the right answer. She is well deserving of this month’s award, having worked 9am-10pm for two weeks with me to make sure our new hires are getting the information they need in addition to the extra training. I truly appreciate her eagerness and willingness to learn and grow within her role.”
Davena’s extra efforts demonstrate her work ethic and ability to assist others. It is clear that she is an excellent resource for new hires in our growing call center.
One new team member said, “During my short time at Fleet Response and in training, Davena has made a huge impact on me. She jumps in to help whenever I have a question and always does so with a smile and a positive attitude. When you are new employee, it can be a little scary learning a new position, but Davena has taken the time to share her experiences with me and has helped me more than I could express. I believe that with her help I will be successful in this role. I want to thank her with this nomination, and I hope that she knows what an amazing person and trainer she has been for me.”
Another recent hire said, “I’m a new employee at Fleet Response and Davena is patient, kind, and makes me feel very comfortable. I’m a shy person, but she has allowed me to really open up. She is an amazing role model who I think deserves to be recognized as Employee of the Month.”
