10 Sep Sam Ryba Selected as Employee of the Month for August 2021

Fleet Response is proud to announce Sam Ryba as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August.

Sam works as a claims representative and has been with Fleet Response for four years.

“Sam is a team player and never refuses anyone when they ask for assistance, no matter how busy she is. She will jump in and assist when she sees a teammate needs assistance,” said a claims department coworker. “She has taken on numerous responsibilities in our department, such as assistant team lead, training team, work environment committee and call center back up.”

Another co-worker said, “She is a team player to everyone, she is willing to help regardless of what she has on her plate.”

“I immediately knew I made the right decision to work at Fleet Response within the first few days working here and  seeing how well everyone works & interacts with each other,” said Sam.

Even co-workers who don’t work in the same department notice Sam’s commitment to her job, “Sam is someone I don’t work in the same department with, but she is an absolute gem! If I have a question or need help, even if it isn’t her claim or client, she will always go above and beyond to help anyone.”

When asked how she starts the day, Sam replied, “I look at everything that needs to be handled for the day and come up with a plan of action.

Sam’s best day at Fleet Response is any day she gets to help co-workers or clients and making a positive impact on someone’s day.

Something Fleet Response co-workers may not know about Sam is that she graduated from Kent State with a degree in Studio Arts.

When Sam is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog and crafting.
