September 2021— Fleet Response is once again honored to be recognized as one of the Top 99 Workplaces in Northeast Ohio by being named a NorthCoast99 Winner. This is the second consecutive year that Fleet Response has been honored with the prestigious Award.
NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program and event in its 23rd year that honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. This award is a true testament to so many in our organization who work tirelessly to develop and retain the culture we enjoy today. NorthCoast 99 winners participated in an application process that asked for detailed information on how their organization addresses top-performer attraction, development, and retention in the following areas: organizational strategy, policies, and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity and inclusion.
