25 Jun Fleet Response Named a 2021 Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer for the Fifth Time
Fleet Response has been named a 2021 Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer. This 2021 recognition marks the second consecutive year Fleet Response has received this award. Fleet Response ranked 11th in the Medium Business category.
The winners of the 2021 Top Workplaces awards were announced by The Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com during an afternoon Zoom broadcast celebration on June 24.
Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by an employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
In the midst of extremely challenging times, companies that earned Top Workplaces recognition have demonstrated a resiliency and strong company culture that have had a positive impact on their people and business, noted Energage CEO Eric Rubino.
The Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces list continues to reflect companies in the region that cultivate a connection with their workforce. This year’s Workplaces list ranks 175 companies, nonprofits, schools, and other employers. These organizations share a commitment to providing support and an environment that makes employees feel valued and respected.
“Last year was a very challenging time for all of us, this Top Workplace Award is a true sign of resiliency and strong business performance by our dedicated employees,” said Scott Mawaka, Fleet Response CEO and President.
Fleet Response maintains a family-like culture with beliefs that focus on employee and customer satisfaction. Today, Fleet Response has more than 185 employees who provide support for accident, maintenance, and safety programs.
“I am most proud of this recognition because this is a direct result of our employee feedback and that is what makes this truly special,” said Mawaka.
Nearly 40% of Fleet Response employees have worked for the company for more than five years, and another 15% have been there for more than ten years.
