20 Sep JAMES RUFFING SELECTED AS THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR AUGUST 2019

Fleet Response is proud to announce James Ruffing as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August.

For 16 years, James has served our clients in multiple capacities to include Call Center, Claims, Heavy Equipment Claims, Subrogation, and as the Team Lead for the Maintenance Department. He has recently transitioned to the role of Client Engagement Coordinator.

James received multiple nominations for the peer-chosen award. A few of these include; “James has gone above and beyond to help assist getting the third-party team caught up and organized- all while still getting acclimated to and learning aspects of his new role, which he’s also excelling at. He comes in early to keep his own workload at bay while making himself available for the Claims team.”

Another colleague wrote: “James has been a huge help in my professional development. He’s an employee that is genuinely happy to see others succeed and is always willing to drop what he is doing to assist when it does not pertain to his role or department. He’s a huge asset to our company and our clients.”

James has been described as “the ideal team player,” with a positive attitude, a willingness to jump in to assist, and a “difference-maker who understands our client’s needs and the importance of helping the team.”
