Courtney Czir, Subrogation Specialist Outstanding Performance Award Winner for February 2019!

Courtney has been with Fleet Response for less than a year. Prior to Fleet Response, she worked at an insurance company as an estimator. Courtney’s knowledge of the industry has helped tremendously when auditing estimates and negotiating settlements as an Subrogation Specialist.

Megan Aloisi, Auto Subrogation Manager stated, “Lots of hard work went into resolving this issue which resulted in a substantial savings for Sherwin and our team continuing to show why we are best in class. No stone left unturned. This is a moment of going above and beyond so kudos to you.”

Jeff Rogers, Heavy Equipment Subrogation Specialist, agrees with Megan. “Since joining our team Courtney has shown amazing flexibility in learning a new role and delivering excellent results on the files that she touches. She has a wealth of knowledge and ideas and is always looking for ways to improve our processes and make things better for our team and the company.,” stated Jeffery.

In her spare time, Courtney mentioned she enjoys spending it with her seven year old son or laying around with her dog. Courtney and her son like to go on little “day trips” where they walk around the mall, or when it’s warmer, finding new parks to explore.
