12 Dec Samantha McHenry Names Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November

Fleet Response is proud to announce Samantha McHenry, Claims Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November 2018.

Samantha has been with Fleet Response for about two years. Within that time, she has displayed the knowledge she has learned in the Call Center and applied it to the Claims Department making us proud that she came from the Call Center.

Sr. Claims Representative, Jessica Jeko stated, “She has taken the initiative to learn more about one of our largest accounts, in order to further assist our team and I can trust her to handle any situation, exactly as I would have handled it. She is a real asset to my team.”

Sam Ryba, Call Center Representative, agrees with Jessica. “She is always super helpful and never makes you feel like your questions or concerns are an inconvenience,” stated Ryba.

Prior to Fleet Response Samantha was a personal assistant. Outside of work she enjoys horseback riding and has two horses of her own.
