13 Sep LISA GROSE NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR AUGUST

Fleet Response is proud to announce Lisa Grose, Sr. Call Center Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August 2018.

Lisa started with Fleet Response in 2015 and has moved from Call Center Representative to Sr. Representative. Throughout her time here Lisa has learned a great deal about Fleet Response and how the departments interact; which has given Lisa the ability to train new employees.

Lisa says that Fleet Response is very rewarding, and she feels that the management team acknowledges her continuous hard work. In turn this fuels her desire to push forward and absorb all that she can.

Andrea Janowski, Executive Assistant, stated, “She has always held a pep-in-her step during her long shifts and truly cares about the success of her trainees. With this type of loyalty and upbeat attitude her trainees will catch on quickly to Fleet Response’s culture.”

The IT Team also nominated Lisa because she will take multiple 12-hour shift to help when the call center is short staffed, stay past business hours to ensure all work is completed, and is a pleasure to work with. All of these are what makes Lisa an essential part of the Call Center team.

Julie Cravener, Call Center Manager, said “Lisa has shown her dedication and desire to want to achieve and grow with Fleet Response time and time again. She is a go getter and doesn’t let anything get in her way and has the best personality and smile to go with it. She is very upbeat and lets that radiate not only within the department but throughout the company. She is one of the 1st to jump in to help with coverage. Nothing is ever about just Lisa, it’s always about everyone. She is the definition of team player!”

Lisa is a mom of two boys, one who graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree and another who is in his junior year and set to graduate early from high school. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, taking Zumba classes and going to local theater. Lisa stated, “I am always down for exploring the city as though I am a tourist and checking out all the new things in the area”.
