22 Jun MEGAN ALOISI NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR MAY

Fleet Response is proud to announce Megan Aloisi, Auto Subrogation Manager, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for May 2018.

Megan has been with Fleet Response for fifteen years and during this time has proven to exemplify her leadership capabilities by continuously assisting others and ensuring tasks are complete.

Jim Moyer, Heavy Equipment Recovery Specialist expressed, “Besides handling her managerial duties in an exemplary fashion, (Megan) has also managed to break the elusive threshold in her first full month as a subrogation specialist (collecting more than both of her supervisors combined).   With the subrogation department recently being down employees, there was an abundance of files needing to be worked, and Megan stepped into the trenches and showed her meritorious leadership traits.”

Roger Cervenka, Director of Client Services agreed with Jim and stated, “Megan has went above and beyond over the past 30 days to help out the department.  She’s been working subro files with the rest of the team.  Collection results look strong as well.”
