29 Dec ANGELIQUE GRIFFIN NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR NOVEMBER

Fleet Response is proud to announce Angelique Griffin, Claims Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November 2017.

Angelique has been with Fleet Response for two years; throughout this time, displaying a true commitment to the company and her fellow employees.  She spent most of her two years with the Accounting Department as an Accounting Specialist, where she was an asset not only to her team, but also to other departments.  Angelique recently moved into a new role as a Claims Representative, where she can continue to offer her valuable skills and insight toward enhancing processes and procedures.

Stuart Braun, Adjuster & Maintenance Manager expressed, “Angelique has identified a significate process improvement that will save the Maintenance team time while improving the overall client and vendor experience.  Angelique was working closely with our Maintenance team to identify opportunities to improve the overall invoicing process. During a sit in with the team, she asked a simple question, ‘Why do you do it that way?’ This opened a great conversation to identify a much better way to process invoices. I would like to acknowledge the outstanding professionalism and team spirt that she displayed!”

Angelique has proven her dedication to Fleet Response with her hard work and positive attitude. Angelique is a busy mother of three and spends her personal time supporting her son in the US Airforce, attending her children’s sporting and band events, and assisting with her daughter’s book club.  Angelique also enjoys playing on the company softball team.
