15 Aug Fleet Response Hosts Fleet, Risk & Safety Professionals Event

Cleveland, Ohio, August 15, 2017 — Fleet, Risk & Safety professionals recently gathered at Fleet Response corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH for a two-day Open House networking event.

The annual Open House event enables industry leaders from across the country to assemble for educational seminars, business reviews, system demonstrations, networking, and presentation of Partnership Awards.

The event began with office tours, meet & greets, and a variety of individual breakout sessions. Guests utilized the meet & greet time to get together with their dedicated claim & safety teams at Fleet Response, who oversee the day-to-day operations and management of all aspects of accident, subrogation, and safety programs.

Breakout session seminar topics included an overview of Fleet Response’s Client Services departments, third party claim handling services, future expanded service lines, and an interactive group discussion surrounding the upcoming development of new claim systems and tools. Roger Cervenka, Director of Client Services at Fleet Response, provided an in-depth look into the extensive experience of the licensed team of professionals handling third party claims. Roger also took the time to re-iterated his team’s commitment to providing clients and their drivers with the highest level of customer service while acting as an extension of their fleet team.

Attendees all reconvened for a keynote address, given by Melanie Webber, a Partner with Fisher Phillips in Cleveland. Melanie’s address, The Game Has Changed: Managing the Legal Risk, highlighted negligent entrustment, hiring & retention, supervision, and fiduciary duty. Prior to the address, Allison Lanzilotta, Executive Vice President at Fleet Response and Jeff Fender, VP of Sales & Marketing at Fleet Response, presented 5 attendees with 2017 Partnership Awards. These awards are given based on the collaborative relationship the recipients have with Fleet Response.
