25 Sep Chantal Miller Selected as Employee of the Month for August
This month, we are proud to recognize Chantal Miller as Fleet Response’s August Employee of the Month! With an impressive 22 years of dedicated service, Chantal has truly become a cornerstone of the company. This is actually the third time Chantal has earned the Employee of the Month title, during her tenure at Fleet Response. Her hard work and dedication also earned her a nomination for Employee of the Year in 2020, further demonstrating the high regard in which she’s held by her peers and leadership.
Chantal’s journey with Fleet Response began in the Call Center, but she quickly found her calling in the Subrogation (Subro) Department, where she continues to thrive today. It was during her transition to Subro that Chantal knew she had made the right decision to work at Fleet Response, finding a job she genuinely enjoyed. In her own words, “There are a lot of reasons, honestly. It feels like my second family here.” Over the years, Chantal has created many fond memories, with moments like the holiday parties and being honored as Employee of the Year, standing out as some of her favorites.
When asked about the unique experiences that Fleet Response offers, Chantal reflected on how the company’s culture sets it apart. “I’ve spent half of my life here, so I can’t really compare to other companies, but I know that being appreciated like this, winning EOY, and moments like these, aren’t things you find everywhere.” This deep sense of connection and appreciation is part of what has kept Chantal thriving at Fleet Response for so long.
One of the things Chantal is most proud of is being a go-to person for her colleagues. With over two decades of experience under her belt, she finds fulfillment in being able to share her knowledge and assist her team with tricky claims. Each day begins with a warm greeting to her coworkers, and, in her signature light-hearted way, she makes sure to sing “Good Morning” to her colleague Mary whenever they cross paths.
Outside of work, Chantal is passionate about gardening and enjoys decorating her home for any holiday, with Halloween being a particular favorite. She treasures her time with family, making the most of moments together when she’s not at work.
Chantal’s colleagues speak highly of her contributions. In a glowing nomination, one coworker shared, “Chantal is a great co-worker and an all-around good person. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Subro Department and always willing to help. No matter the question or time of day, she is ready to support the team. She goes above and beyond, and Subro simply couldn’t function without her. We love her, and she is simply the best!”
