26 Sep Amber Bolognese Selected as Employee of the Month for August
Fleet Response is proud to announce Amber Bolognese as Employee of the Month for August 2023.
Amber joined Fleet Response as a claims representative in August of 2022. As a claims representative, she works closely with clients, drivers, and repair facilities to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims. Despite only being with the company for just over a year, she has made significant contributions in the claims department and has received several nominations from her peers.
“Amber is one of the hardest workers in the claims department,” said one of her colleagues. “No matter if she is working on a claim or assisting a coworker, the care she shows is unmatched! The bond she has with her clients is something that we should all strive for and is the perfect representation of what Fleet Response is. Amber is the epitome of a superstar employee and someone I am honored to work with and call a friend.”
Another nomination read, “Amber is an absolute ray of sunshine and is always willing to help her peers. She consistently goes above and beyond for clients and coworkers. She is an integral part of the training team and builds a great rapport with anyone she works with!”
Amber recalls her most memorable day at Fleet Response as last year’s Christmas party. “Being able to meet everyone when I was new to the company and participate in the games and activities was really engaging and helped me create a bond with my team and other employees in different departments.”
In her free time, Amber enjoys being outdoors, whether its jet skiing, camping, hiking, or fishing.
When asked what something co-workers may not know about her, Amber revealed she is absolutely terrified of butterflies!
“I’m proud to work for a place that values their employees and promotes growth for each person no matter where you are at in your journey.” She went on to say, “Not only do they promote the growth of each person, but they also help you become the best version of yourself each day and it’s so motivational to me.
