Fleet Response is proud to recognize Nina Avedissian as our Employee of the Month for October. Nina’s incredible journey, unwavering dedication, and positive impact on everyone around her make her a shining example of what it means to be part of the Fleet Response family.

Nina first joined Fleet Response in 2010 as part of the Credit Card Collections team. After stepping away to care for her family, she returned in 2019, and her contributions since have been nothing short of exceptional. Over the years, she has taken on various roles, including collector, subrogation specialist, arbitration support specialist, and now support specialist. Her adaptability, drive, and dedication have allowed her to excel in every position she’s held.

Nina’s colleagues describe her as a pillar of strength and positivity. One nomination highlighted her ability to take on multiple roles, saying she excels in everything she does with a smile and grace. Another emphasized her dedication to supporting and training her peers, always giving her all without complaint. Nina’s resilience has also inspired those around her. Even while privately facing significant medical challenges, including being a two-time cancer survivor, she has returned time and again, giving her best and contributing fully to the team.

For Nina, Fleet Response is more than just a workplace; it’s a family. She shared that for the first time in her life, she feels truly appreciated. The connections and relationships she’s built at Fleet Response make her proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares for one another. She also credits her manager, Nick, for his unwavering support, describing him as someone who listens, helps, and strengthens their team.
