We are proud to announce Joe Rogel as July’s Employee of the Month—his second time earning this well-deserved recognition! Joe has been an integral part of the Fleet Response team for five years, serving as a Subrogation Senior Specialist. His efforts have continually enhanced our operations and demonstrated an unwavering dedication to excellence.

In his role, Joe expertly manages the process of recovering funds and reviewing claims. He meticulously gathers evidence, witness statements, and other crucial documentation. Additionally, he collaborates closely with adjusters, legal teams, and various departments to support recovery efforts and communicates effectively with clients.

Joe shares that he knew he made the right decision to join Fleet Response after just two days when Scott came around handing out $100 bills. “We’ve grown too much to keep doing that, but it shows how much he cares about his crew,” he says. Joe fondly recalls the company Christmas parties and summer picnics as some of his best days at work, adding, “Fleet Response knows how to throw a good party.” He also appreciates the unique culture at Fleet Response, where having random conversations with executives is the norm—something he notes is rare in most companies.

Outside the office, Joe enjoys coaching his youngest son’s tackle football team. He is also a proud co-owner of his family’s farm, which has been in their care for over 50 years.
