We are proud to announce Steve Byrd as February’s Employee of the Month. Steve has been an integral part of the Fleet Response team for four and a half years, working as a Client Business Analyst. His contributions have consistently elevated our operations and exemplified our commitment to excellence.

As a Client Business Analyst, Steve plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs. He adeptly assists our IT department in gathering specifications for projects, streamlining processes, and finding innovative solutions that enhance efficiency across various teams within the company.

Steve’s efforts in the company don’t go unnoticed by his coworkers. One nomination stated “Steve works tirelessly to ensure that client and internal deliverables are completed timely and accurately. He never hesitates to put in the extra time or go the extra mile. He consistently goes above and beyond and is always ready and willing to help when needed.”

When asked about his pride in working at Fleet Response, Steve highlighted the company’s commitment to integrity saying, “It’s an honest company that provides important services to a lot of hard-working people, often after particularly stressful events.”

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending his spare time indulging in his passions for reading, writing, and supporting his scouts.
