We are delighted to announce Wanda Stafford as our Employee of the Month for January, 2024. Wanda has been with Fleet Response for two years and works as a 3rd Party claims specialist. Wanda started a call center role and has since then been promoted to a claims specialist with Fleet Response. In this role she handles queue calls, conducts claim follow-ups, addresses customer questions and concerns, and assists the third-party claims team.
Nominated by her peers, Wanda has consistently stood out for her unwavering dedication, collaborative spirit, and outstanding performance. She has earned the trust and appreciation of her coworkers through her consistent demonstration of teamwork.
A coworker said, “She is always willing to do what is asked of her and then some. She continually goes out of her way to try to help everyone and always willing to learn new things.”
“Since her transition to 3rd party from the Call Center – she’s been nothing but an asset and very eager to learn the process,” another coworker explained. “She’s detailed and inquisitive, to ensure she does things correctly.”
When asked what makes her proud of working at Fleet Response, Wanda explained, “What brings me immense pride in being a part of Fleet Response is the continuous learning experience I encounter each day. The familial atmosphere within the organization ensures that everyone is treated with warmth and respect, fostering an environment where no question is deemed wrong or trivial. I feel a profound sense of belonging in my role, knowing that I have found my niche within the Fleet Response team. With the unwavering support of this tight-knit community, I am confident in my ability to further progress and excel in my career journey.”
In her free time, Wanda enjoys fishing and home renovations.
