18 Jan Jonathan Fajardo Selected as Employee of the Month for December
Fleet Response is proud to announce Jonathan Fajardo as Employee of the Month for December 2023!
Jonathan has been with Fleet Response since 2019 and will be celebrating 5 years with the company in 2024. He works as a third-party claims specialist, handling queue calls, conducting claim follow-ups, addressing customer questions and concerns, and assisting the third-party claims team. He plays a vital role in maintaining a support inbox for our largest third-party client.
Jonathan’s efforts do not go unnoticed by his team. One nomination read, “He is an extremely hard worker and has come such a long way since starting in this department. He is a true asset to the third-party team. His positivity towards not only our department, but our customers as well is truly inspiring.”

In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, listening to music, and going to local concerts with his brother.
