24 Oct Lourdes Mendoza Selected as Employee of the Month for September

Fleet Response is proud to announce Lourdes Mendoza as the Employee of the Month for September!

Lourdes started with Fleet Response 16 years ago and has been an essential part of the accounting department.

“Even though she is a part time employee, Lourdes handles the workload of a full-time employee,” said a colleague. “She has played an important role in helping the rest of the accounting team in the Chatsworth office with their training. Her co-workers have expressed how enjoyable it is to work with her and how much they have learned from her.”

Another nomination read, “Lourdes is always treating everyone in a professional and respectful manner and goes out of her way to make sure her co-workers have a productive work environment. She does this by always volunteering to help, going out of her way to ask how everyone is doing and providing support and motivation when its needed. Lourdes is one of the key employees that I lean on to make sure our department is running as efficiently as possible.”

“I’ve had so many memorable days with the company, but recently becoming part of the Fleet Response family was such an exciting day,” she said.

If her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and watching football games on Sundays.

“I’m so proud to be part of a great team and see the value and respect that we have for one another,” said Lourdes.
