Senior Claims leader Holly Luce has been named Business Development Manager for Fleet Response, one of the leading specialized auto third party administrators.

Luce brings over 20 years of insurance experience to Fleet Response. Prior to joining Fleet Response, she held the title of Senior Product Manager at Kemper Insurance, where she was responsible for spearheading the claims management process across the entire organization. She has a proven track record of repeated success in leading adjuster teams in accelerating efficiencies and driving expeditious subrogation recoveries. Additionally, helped revolutionize the claims management process, saving time, resources, and ultimately increasing the bottom line. Luce has also worked for Liberty Mutual, Amtrust Financial Services, as well as Progressive Insurance.
