Fleet Response is thrilled to announce Jenni Powell as the May 2023 Employee of the Month. With 24 years of dedication, she is one of our longest-serving employees. As a senior claims representative, Jenni manages tasks like handling third-party claims, coordinating repairs, and communicating with clients.
Jenni’s exceptional work did not go unnoticed. She received multiple nominations for this award, including two from our Executive team. When colleagues shared their thoughts on Jenni, they expressed nothing but praise for her exceptional qualities and contributions. They described her as a hardworking employee who always gives her best effort. Jenni is the dedicated representative for one of our largest and most important accounts. Just this month, clients have been praising the excellent service they receive from Jenni. Her commitment to delivering top-notch claims quality and exceptional customer service has earned her a well-deserved reputation as one of the best in the claims department.
Not only do Jenni’s fellow employees recognize her outstanding contributions, but clients also appreciate her. They consider Jenni an important part of their team as well and admire her willingness to go above and beyond to support their needs in the field.

Some things that employees might not know about Jenni is she loves to garden, and she was born in El Paso, Texas.
