26 May Edgar Fajardo Selected as Employee of the Month for April

Fleet Response is proud to announce Edgar Fajardo as the Employee of the Month for April 2023.

Edgar is approaching his two-year anniversary with the company and works as a subrogation support specialist in our office in Chatsworth, California. As a subrogation support specialist, he retrieves documents and information for the arbitration department, as well as assisting with building demands and client files for other departments.

When our California office was acquired by Fleet Response in December of 2021, Edgar volunteered to assist other employees become acclimated to the new systems and resolve technical issues.

Edgar says he is proud to work at a successful company that truly cares about their employees and treats them like family. When asked about his most memorable day at Fleet Response, he said, “My most memorable day was our employee appreciation bowling event. It was great seeing everyone having a blast weather it be bowling, playing arcade games, or just chatting.”

“Edgar has been very helpful when I need assistance obtaining certain documents from the client’s system,” said a co-worker. “He is always happy to help me and always has a great attitude. He is awesome to work with!”

In his free time, Edgar enjoys writing music, reading Japanese comics, and attending local rock and metal concerts. He says something most co-workers may not know about him is “behind my tall stature, love for aggressive music, and colorless wardrobe, I’m extremely social and kind. It catches most employees off guard when I’m interacting or training them.”

Edgar’s personality, strong work ethic, and innate ability to assist others is admired by his peers and does not go unnoticed.
