21 Feb Valentina Hunter Selected as Employee of the Month for January 2023

Fleet Response is proud to announce Valentina Hunter as the employee of the month for January 2023.

Valentina has been with Fleet Response for just over 5 years. As the salvage coordinator, she works independently managing thousands of total loss vehicles each year. For the past two years, salvage sales have increased exponentially to a company record.

Not only is she making extraordinary contributions to the success of the company, but also to the success of her colleagues.

“She is very diligent to ensure the proper paperwork is completed and makes solid recommendations to avoid delays,” read one nomination. “Valentina has also started hosting training meetings for the claims teams to assist in their understanding of the process and the importance of the title documentation. She is an all-around team player, working with every department and with our clients to maximize their salvage returns.”

Another co-worker said, “Valentina is always the first to jump in and offer to assist with training and helping new employees understand the salvage process. She is the go-to person at Fleet Response with any salvage questions that you might have. Over the course of January and all of 2022 she has maintained high monthly returns in salvage. She does a great job of communicating with clients, buyers, claim reps, and body shops to make sure salvage is handled timely and properly.”

In her free time, she enjoys selling houses and collecting tropical plants.
