Fleet Response is proud to announce Garrett Saczawa, Adjuster, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for September 2022.
Garrett’s recognition makes him the 3rd consecutive member of the adjusters/maintenance team to win the Outstanding Performance Award.
Garrett has been with the company for 20 years and has proven his knowledge and expertise in the adjusting/maintenance department. He is known for his ability and willingness to assist others in his department, and train new team members. His colleagues speak very highly of him.
“Garrett has been with the company for a very long time, and it shows. He knows the ins and outs of his job and does it very well”, said a team member.
Another nomination read, “He is always helpful and goes out of his way to assist with Maintenance calls. He routinely helps other adjusters stay up to date on their follow ups and I feel he is truly a great asset to Fleet Response.”
“Garrett has become our full-time maintenance fill-in, which is another job in itself. He always makes sure that the other adjusters are caught up, in addition to his own work. I believe he should be recognized for all that he does,” said another colleague.
It is evident that Garrett’s hard work and willingness to assist others makes him well-respected by his peers. He is the definition of a true team player.
