13 Jan Colleen Dietrich Selected as Employee of the Month for December 2021

Fleet Response is pleased to announce Colleen Dietrich has been named December 2021 Employee of the Month! Colleen is a Call Center Team Lead who has been with the company a little over two years.

It is the positive demeanor Colleen displays, even when things are difficult, that standout most to her peers. She understands the workload her coworkers handle and always makes herself available to assist with their duties.  She takes responsibility by delivering quality work, and completing it quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

Colleen’s co-worker applauded her in saying, “She goes above and beyond to help the department and is always eager to learn new things within the company.  She does an excellent job with her new role as Team Lead.”

“Colleen is always available to help when I need it, no matter how busy she is,” another team member commented.

Colleen’s commitment to her team and Fleet Response has not gone unnoticed.  Her “can do” attitude is a strength that has allowed her to excel in her role and undoubtedly what has earned her this recognition.
