17 Dec Steve Byrd Selected as Employee of the Month for November 2022

Fleet Response is proud to announce Steve Byrd as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November.

Steve has been with Fleet Response for a little over 2 years and works as a Business Analyst.

“Steve is always so responsive. Every task or question presented to Steve is immediately met. Steve is always willing to help and figure out solutions,” said a co-worker.

He knew from the moment of his first interview that Fleet Response was the right place for him to work, stating “everything just felt right.”

Steve said he is most proud to work for Fleet Response because of all the internal and client relationships he has been able to develop—earning people’s confidence to help them and alleviate a little bit of their daily stress.

One thing that could only happen at Fleet Response is “being part of an extended conversation between all the business analysts about the dubious origin story of Chuck E Cheese,” said Steve.

When asked about his best day at work Steve said, “They’re all pretty good days, but nothing makes me smile like checking The Communicator and seeing the arrival of a new baby.”

Co-workers may not know about Steve is he is far more prone to dancing and singing in public places than most people would suspect. When not working Steve likes to spend as much time with his daughter as he can.
