Fleet Response is proud to announce Kim Colegrove as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for September
Kim has been with Fleet Response for 12 years and works as a Call Center Lead.
“She has always been a huge asset to our company, often going above and beyond to help in all departments,” said a call center coworker. “Kim has really shown me the ropes of leadership, as well as helped develop my personal growth with Fleet Response.”
Another co-worker said, “Kim is someone who really shows C.A.R.E.S on all aspects whether it is with our callers or fellow employees.”
“I immediately knew I made the right decision to work at Fleet Response, the first time I was promoted to a Lead. I knew I was at the right place because I wanted to help people grow within our company. Seeing my manager (Julie) work made me want to do what she did and exactly how she did it. She helped me to grow where I am.”
“My team along with my accomplishments make me truly proud to work at Fleet Response. When I see our team members moving around the company to different areas it makes me proud, to know they came from our department, and we helped them grow into their current roles.”
Kim’s best day at Fleet Response is when she won Employee of the Year for the Call Center. “It was a true honor,” said Kim.
Something Fleet Response co-workers may not know about Kim is that she is a huge fan of comics and met many celebrities including Stan Lee, Lou Ferrigno, and half of the cast of Walking Dead! Wonder Woman will always be her favorite, even though she hasn’t met any of the actresses….yet!
When Kim is not working, she enjoys spending time with 4 cats, Little, Moxy, Girl and Heidi. She is also into comics, crafting, enjoying time with her family and enjoying nature.
