10 Jun Tom Simon Selected as Employee of the Month for May 2021

Fleet Response is proud to announce Tom Simon as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for May.

Starting in September of 2019, Tom has been working at Fleet Response for almost 2 years as a Maintenance Specialist.

When asked what is something that only happens here at Fleet Response, Tom answered, “The owner of our company will walk around and thank everyone personally for working for him. Scott makes us feel truly appreciated, which is awesome!”.

“Tom is a team player and always goes above and beyond in customer service with clients’ shops and drivers,” said a co-worker.  “He is always willing to help the team with whatever task is needed.”

Another co-worker said, “Tom is always looking for different ideas to make things work more smoothly in our department and he does everything without complaints.”

When asked how he starts his day, Tom replied, “I make sure I have my Death Wish Coffee to start my workday.”

Something Fleet Response co-workers don’t know about Tom is that he loves the Gulf of Mexico waters. Also, in his free time when he is not working, he enjoys traveling to his house in Bradenton, Florida.
