11 Sep KARA BARILLA SELECTED AS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR AUGUST 2020

Fleet Response is proud to announce Kara Barilla as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August.

Working at Fleet Response for since December, Kara works as a Client Support Coordinator.

Kara received multiple nominations for this peer nominated award. One coworker said, “She is still so new, and she has been thrown a lot in the past month with a couple new clients and is doing an amazing job. I am so happy she is on my team.”

Her efforts are not only noticed internally, but from our clients as well. A client that Kara supports said, “I just wanted you to know that Kara is amazing! She goes above and beyond. She offers suggestions. She is always pleasant and helpful. She is a real asset! Thank you for assigning her to me! I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate her!”

“I knew I made the right decision to work at Fleet Response when I quickly learned how much this company cares about their employees,” said Kara. “I have met so many great people here that speak so highly of Fleet Response. I was so lucky to find such a great job and a team that really cares about the work we do and what the company stands for.”

When asked what makes her most proud to work at Fleet Response, Kara said, “I am most proud growing and learning something new each day. I am working to improve and keep doing the best job I can. I want my clients and any customers that call to feel like I am always there to help. I take pride in making sure I provide my best customer service to the client.”

We asked Kara what is one thing that can only happen at Fleet Response, and she replied, “I can almost be certain no other company does such an amazing job celebrating and gifting the employee of the year, like we do. So many people get involved and the rewards for great work is so awesome!

Something her Fleet Response coworkers may not know about Kara, is that her husband and her are property investors and have recently purchased our third home. “It is a fun and challenging to start this new chapter in our lives,” said Kara.

In her free time, Kara loves to cook and bake. She also really enjoys being outside and taking long walks with her husband and new puppy Rambo!
