20 Feb FLEET RESPONSE ANNOUNCES CLAIM MANAGER

Fleet Response is excited to announce Ryan Briceland has been named Claims Manager. Ryan’s responsibilities include oversight of multiple claims teams within the Claims Department. His focus will be on providing an exceptional client experience, looking for ways to improve processes and representative engagement to enhance our culture and workflow.

When asked what he is most excited about working at Fleet Response, Ryan said, “Learning a new facet of the industry and working in family environment like we have here at Fleet Response.” Ryan was drawn to work here for our reputation in the industry and growth potential.

Prior to joining Fleet Response, Ryan spent 20 years with Progressive Insurance, where he held multiple roles within Sales, Subrogation, and Field Claims.
