13 Jan NICOLAS THOMAS SELECTED AS THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR DECEMBER 2019

Fleet Response is proud to announce Nicolas Thomas as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for December.
Nicolas has been with Fleet Response since September of 2018 and works as a Senior Call Center Representative in the Customer Service Department.

Nicolas received multiple nominations for the peer-chosen award. One of his colleagues said “He always goes out of his way to go around to the department to see if anyone needs help with any of their work loads. He also takes the time to greet each employee every morning. He is able to handle his own workload, while helping out everyone in the call center.”

Another colleague said, “He always walks through the department to check on his team and make sure everyone is doing okay. He is a great team player.”

Nicolas is regarded for his readiness and willingness to help his team. “Whenever I reach out to him with a question, he has an answer, and if he doesn’t, he points me in the right direction” said a call center team member.

When talking with Nicolas about what he likes best about working at Fleet Response, he said, “My favorite part is the family environment, everyone here is open and friendly.”
