11 Nov ALYCE MCCLAIN SELECTED AS THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR OCTOBER 2019

Fleet Response is proud to announce Alyce McClain as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for October.

Alyce has been with Fleet Response since November of 2018 and works as a Call Center Representative in the Customer Service Department.

Alyce received multiple nominations for the peer-chosen award. One of her colleagues said “Alyce is the true definition of a team player. Alyce’s positive attitude radiates through the office and its always a pleasure to see her walking around with a smile! Alyce continues to challenge herself and takes on additional responsibilities and it is apparent that she is up for any challenge that is thrown her way.”
Another colleague said, “Her consistent positivity, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond for clients and peers follows the very definition of Fleet Response’s culture.”

Alyce is regarded for her leadership and well respected by her peers. “I believe that Alyce is a perfect example of someone starting with Fleet Response, embracing our company’s brand, and constantly reaching for new ways to be better.” Said another colleague.

When talking with Alyce about what she likes best about working at Fleet Response, she said, “My favorite part is the atmosphere and the people I work with. My team is like one big family and we always are there for each other when someone is in need.” Alyce also said, “I love how Scott (Scott Mawaka, Fleet Response CEO and President) interacts with everyone on an individual level and I don’t feel like just another body, he knows me by my name!” In addition, Alyce commented that the relationship between her and her managers is key to her success.
