29 Nov Fleet Response Announces Vice President of Client Services and Director of Client Development
Cleveland, Ohio, December 2019 — Fleet Response is proud to announce Roger Cervenka has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services and Kari Hagan has been promoted to Director of Client Development.
Roger will continue to oversee all of the day-to-day operations and personnel of Fleet Response’s Client Services Departments operations groups and provide strategic direction as part of the Fleet Response leadership team. Roger joined Fleet Response in 2016 as the Director of Client Services, with a focus on increasing the effectiveness of standard and customized client specific operating procedures within the Call Center, Claims, Adjusters/Maintenance, Subrogation, and Salvage departments. Roger has extensive experience within the insurance field holding numerous leadership roles within Subrogation, Salvage, and Field Claims.
“Roger’s background in the insurance industry has been an asset to Fleet Response. His knowledge and expertise managing a variety of claim types along with his ability to coach and manage his team has contributed to the growth Fleet Response has experienced these past several years,” says Allison Lanzilotta, Executive Vice President. “Roger’s promotion to Vice President of Client Services is well deserved and we are glad to have him as part of the Fleet Response team.”

Kari will continue to manage the onboarding of new clients, product development, the Safety Operations Team and the newly created Business Analyst Team. Kari joined Fleet Response in 2014, and has held positions as a Business Development Coordinator, Business Development Supervisor and most recently Manager of Business Development. Kari has displayed a consistent commitment to Fleet Response through her leadership capabilities, and willingness to exceed expectations. Kari’s dedication to the company has shown with her ability to guide her team internally while contributing to Fleet Response’s goal of providing the best customer service in the industry.
