Fleet Response Gathers User Feedback and Celebrates Partnerships at Annual Event

Fleet Response hosted corporate fleet, risk and safety managers from across the country at their annual Client Appreciation Event on August 6-8 at their corporate offices in Cleveland, Ohio. This annual event includes an all-day corporate open house for clients to visit with their dedicated claims team members, see demonstrations of online tools and apps, provide valuable feedback and receive partnership milestone awards.

“Fleet Response continually invests in our systems to ensure it is our customer’s most reliable tool,” said Allison Lanzilotta, Executive Vice President. “This event creates an opportunity for our Business Development and IT Teams to gather firsthand feedback from users so that our clients truly have a voice in the programs and systems that we build.”

The event included the unveiling of DHP Mobile, an app for drivers to complete online training, provide license information and electronically sign-off on MVR releases, all on their phone. Clients also got a sneak-peak at the newly released features of Fleet Response Mobile where users can view electronic auto id cards and complete vehicle inspections.

At the conclusion of the Open House, guests heard from Fleet Response CEO, Scott Mawaka who discussed the future of Fleet Response. “We have a diverse and driven leadership team that is asking our clients to challenge us with visionary solutions to outdated process.  We are eager to utilize our best in practice customer skills and innovative technology to create and deliver next level solutions.”
