15 Jan Richard Jacko Named Outstanding Performance Award Winner for December

Fleet Response is proud to announce Richard Jacko, Level 3 Adjuster, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for December 2018.

Rick has been with Fleet Response for about two years. Prior to joining the Fleet Response team, he was a Multi Lines Field Manager for Progressive and worked with a large captive commercial insurance carrier.

Claims Representative, Xynique Vaughan stated, “There are many adjusters that are helpful throughout the claims process. Rick is very easy going, and pleasant to work with. He is patient and willing explain things on a level of understanding. He is always willing to assist and to make sure that what he is requesting is understood by myself, the repair facilities, and the clients.”

Jason Tidmore, Claims Manager, agrees with Xynique. “His technical knowledge of the repair process and insurance background are instrumental to our success in arguing / negotiating with other carriers and earning bigger returns for our clients.  He’s very prompt in his responses, when called upon to help,” stated Jason.

In his spare time, Rick, mentioned that he and co-worker Todd Eukel, chase white orbs around beautiful green fairways and miss putts with great regularity… In other words, they enjoy golfing.
