20 Aug Fleet Response Announces New Call Center Manager
Fleet Response, a leader in custom designed claims management services, promoted Julie Cravener to Call Center Manager.
“She has worked hard for this new opportunity,” said Roger Cervenka, Director of Client Services. “By moving Julie to a management position, this allows the Call Center to have two Managers running the department.”
Christy Jones, Call Center Manager, says “The company is growing, and it is great to see the promotion. I am very excited about her opportunity and only expect her to grow even more with the company.”
Julie has been a strong part of the Call Center for 14 years, including 9 years as a Supervisor, and 2 years as a Subrogation Representative. In 2007, Julie made the decision to return to the Call Center, to follow her passion for helping people and felt that was the best department to fulfill this desire.
Throughout Julie’s tenure at Fleet Response, she has helped to develop Key Performance Indicators and departmental trainings for the Call Center. Call Center Training is crucial to giving new employs a firm foundation at Fleet Response, since many of our representatives are promoted to Claims, Adjusters, Maintenance, and other internal teams.
