13 Jul JESSICA JEKO NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR JUNE

Fleet Response is proud to announce Jessica Jeko, Sr. Claims Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for June 2018.

Jessica has been with Fleet Response for four and a half years and during this time has proven to not only go above and beyond fulfilling her own responsibilities, but also to assist her clients and fellow colleagues.

Claims Representative Xynique Vaughan stated, “It was a major, positive learning experience for me to watch Jessica delegate while reps were out, reassign work (fair workload and consideration of team members), and multi-task with her own daily routine, all while teaching me. At every turn, Jeko was willing to help anyone in need or with a question and reassure her team members during each coaching moment.”

Genna Moats, Office Coordinator, agreed with Xynique confirming, “[Jessica] is always there when I have questions about a caller, even if it is not one of her claims.  She is always willing to help anyone who needs it.”

In Jessica’s current position, she utilizes her 11 years of prior customer service experience to provide exceptional service to Fleet Response clients.  In Jessica’s spare time, she enjoys raising her daughter, spending quality time swimming, and going to the park.
