01 Mar BLANCA MARS NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR FEBRUARY

Fleet Response is proud to announce Blanca Mars, Call Center Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for February 2018.

Blanca has been with Fleet Response for over two years and not only goes above and beyond to fulfill her day to day obligations but also continuously aids other departments by assisting with Spanish speaking callers.

Alexandria Baker, Claims Representative expressed, “Just today Blanca was on the phone with a driver for three hours to file two claims and she was able to calm down the driver, and make sure that the driver knew that we care.”

Blanca stated that prior to working at Fleet Response, she spent several years working in customer service which helped to prepare her for her current role. Blanca mentioned that her family; her two sons and three grandchildren are extremely important to her.  In her spare time, Blanca loves venturing in the Metroparks, going to local pubs, and enjoys the calm and comfort that music brings to her.

Blanca’s commitment to both her customers and fellow colleagues is admirable.  Congratulations Blanca and thank you for all you do!
