01 Mar JEFF CRAVENER NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR JANUARY

Fleet Response is proud to announce Jeff Cravener, Claims Adjuster, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for January 2017. 

Jeff has been with Fleet Response for over 13 years.  His growth within Fleet Response through the years shows his continued dedication to the company. 

Fellow Claims Adjuster Garrett Saczawa applauded Jeff by saying, “Just from the sheer amount of maintenance calls he takes every day along with managing his own work load and helping out his fellow adjusters he has proven to be a real asset to these departments.” 

Stuart Braun, Adjuster and Maintenance Manager, praised Jeff by saying, “Jeff has done an excellent job of taking on additional maintenance call volume, while maintaining a very high level of client service.”  Christy Jones, Call Center Manager, says, “Jeff is a very valuable asset to ‘his fellow’ Adjusters, Maintenance department, and Fleet Response as a whole.”

Jeff has proven to not only excel within his own role as an adjuster, but also goes above and beyond to assist his team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
