23 May ALEX CORTEZ NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR MARCH

Fleet Response is proud to announce Alex Cortez, Call Center Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for April 2016.

Alex has been with Fleet Response for nearly two years. He is the epitome of a team player and goes the extra mile to make sure any task he is given is done well.

“He shows that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to his position. He is always very kind and friendly. He works hard and shines above others,” Ivy Fitzgerald, Claims Representative, said about Alex.

Laura Ori, Claims Representative, had similar appreciation for Alex, “I feel that he takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly and makes sure that our clients are happy. Alex definitely deserves to be recognized.”

Claims Representative, Daniel Chahulski, also applauded Alex by stating, “He truly seems to care more about doing the right thing in a claim than the easy thing. He also has a great, friendly demeanor on the phone to boot.”

Alex’s performance and attitude at Fleet Response is greatly appreciated and clients and co-workers commend him for that.
