22 Jun FLEET RESPONSE NAMED A 2015 TOP WORKPLACE BY THE CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER

Workplace Dynamics, a leading human resources survey firm, partners together with the Cleveland Plain Dealer to establish annual “Top Workplace” rankings. This year’s list included 100 companies that were broken down into small, medium and large company size divisions, with Fleet Response placing within the Small company division. Results from an online survey questionnaire completed by company employees determined the rankings within each. “Top Workplace” employees believe they are valued by their company, feel their jobs are meaningful and are confident about their future with the company.

The Top Workplace recognition follows the announcement made earlier this month by Fleet Response CEO Scott Mawaka of the addition of the 1^st annual Ron and Fran Mawaka Employee of the Year award. This award provides Fleet Response employees the opportunity to be highlighted by their peers as individuals who go above and beyond their daily job responsibilities and whose efforts support the performance and achievement of others. Both finalists and winner of the award were presented with cash prizes during a recognition ceremony, where Fleet Response employees, shareholders, and Founder Ron Mawaka, Sr. and wife Fran gathered in attendance.
