19 Jun AMY VALENTINE NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR MAY

Fleet Response is proud to announce Amy Valentine, Maintenance Specialist, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for May 2015.

Amy has been with Fleet Response for over a year, beginning as a Call Center Representative and quickly advancing into the Maintenance Department.   Her transition between departments was seamless and she has excelled in her new role.

“Amy is detailed oriented and has demonstrated outstanding customer service and phone skills. I look forward to Amy’s continued growth within the department. Amy is a credit to herself and Fleet Response, glad she is on our team,” said Stuart Braun, Adjuster and Maintenance Manager.

Frank Cocciolone, Maintenance Specialist, expressed similar compliments for Amy, “She is happy to comply with every task asked of her in a very friendly manor. She always has a very pleasant attitude towards clients and vendors alike, and carries a very professional demeanor each and every day. I now have vendors ask for her by name.”
