20 May FLEET RESPONSE ANNOUNCES SAFETY PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Cleveland, Ohio, May 21, 2015- Fleet Response recently named Jerry Veres as Safety Program Coordinator.

In his role, Jerry will oversee the creation and implementation of new training programs along with reviewing current procedures for DOT & OSHA compliance as part of developing proactive safety initiatives.

“Fleet Response is pleased to welcome Jerry to our team,” says Jeffrey Fender, Vice President Sales and Marketing. “Jerry’s previous safety experience will allow him to make an immediate impact on our training programs as well as on our DOT & OSHA compliance efforts.”

Prior to joining Fleet Response, Jerry spent 19 years with FedEx Ground, where he most recently specialized in Corporate Safety with a focus on driver safety and qualification files, DOT & OSHA compliance, hours of service and hazardous materials. In addition to becoming a Certified Director of Safety, Jerry also acquired certification as an OSHA Certified Instructor and First Aid Instructor.
